The other day while strolling through Galerie Elysee, I couldn’t help thinking about Karl Lagerfeld. It wasn’t necessarily because his clothes was hanging on the racks, but rather because of the piercing creep-like glances the hot pink-haired mannequins gave. Staring at the figures was like watching a live second from Karl’s short film “Window World.” It was chic yet creepy, intriguing yet nerving, it was classic Lagerfeld, an always contradicting paradox that works. In case you haven’t seen it, here’s the film, and a few more pics I took from my window display encounter.
