These are the new bottles that Coca-Cola is set to release this upcoming June. They happen to be an encore of what was a great collaboration with fashion maestro, Karl Lagerfeld. If we remember correctly, in 2001 Karl shed what were nearly 90 lbs. (45 kg) with what was an unhealthy but clearly effective diet of steamed vegetables and diet coke. Such a hyped weight-loss led to the birth of the original limited edition KL coke bottles. After much demand and rumors that the only beverage that Karl drinks is diet coke, the soda pop company has reached out to the man behind Chanel to give a creative approach to the new “Love it Light,” campaign. The bottles will be sold individually and in prism-shaped collector’s boxes. If coke is a treat, and Karl is synonymous of trendy, then this is undoubtedly a trendy treat.
